Terms And Conditions

No refunds will be provided in the case of a cancelled show or a no-show – No exceptions.

​

For any bookings outside the allotted times, please contact us via telephone or email. We might be able to sort something out!

​

You must arrive, at least, 5 minutes before the time listed on your reservation, regardless of extenuating circumstances including, though not limited to, traffic, delayed flights, and not being able to find the location (there is a map on every page of our website).

​

Reschedules are allowed ONLY with a minimum of 12-hour notice. Your session will only be rescheduled if you have a new time already chosen and it is available.

​

If the talent wants to continue past the allotted time,  there will be an additional charge . ( Venmo, Paypal or cash will be accepted). The tape will not be sent until additional payment has been received.
